I specifically worked with Gary on the team. If you’re getting floors done in a condo, shop carefully. I received a few quotes that didn’t include necessary sound dampening materials (they’re not always needed, but most condo boards seem to require them). At any rate, Gary knew what was needed, read the condo board code, and got everything setup. The work was done on schedule. Gary is responsive on the phone and text messages, so I never had to wait on an answer. Great service, floors look terrific!
