I am so glad that I came across HurraHome when I was looking for a cleaner for my office. It is an amazing resource! There are some other sites that mislead you and if you want to see profiles you have to subscribe and pay. Also if you go through the classifieds you are never certain if the cleaner is bonded etc. or what the terms are.

However, HurraHome is very straightforward and it is easy to choose if you want weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, whether laundry is included etc. They find you profiles of cleaners close to your area. Reviews are also provided which is helpful when making a selection.
The site is very professional and easy to use. After I had selected the cleaner and schedule, I received a prompt confirmation.

On the cleaning day Liz was punctual and very well dressed. She is extremely personable, mature and experienced. She was very efficient and organized and I did not need to supervise her in any way. Liz actually loves to clean and it seems to be a passion for her! She has a great attitude and I knew right away that I had made a wise choice.

Blake provides excellent customer care. He is very pro-active and responsive and really wants you to be satisfied with the service. Payment is only made once the cleaning has taken place and you are pleased with the work. The rate was extremely reasonably and hourly. So many cleaners seem to want a flat rate these days. Our office is not large and hourly works out better for us.
