My 30 year furnace finally bit the bullet thankfully during a bit of a warm spell and I had about 8 quote from both the big guys and smaller operations. I did not want an extended warranty not a care plan and was very up front with that, but still the big guys kept pushing and pushing and talking to. me like I was a moron when clearly I had done my research. The Prince of Fresh Air Furnances quoted my with exactly what I wanted, nothing more, and was able to get in to get the job done very quickly. He finished the job on time and within the quote even though there were some unforeseen installation issues. I had my hot water tank replaced as well during that time because it was 15 years old. Pascal took away my old equipment kept the site very tidy, and walked me through the issues that came up and my options in a calm understanding way.
