side light windows for front door

I was home this summer with a broken wrist when I noticed that my side light windows on my front door had condensation in them.
I called the company and they sent someone out within a week to look at them. I just made the ten year warranty.
They were replaced today by Shawn. I am very impressed with him and with everyone I dealt with in the Company.
I recommend this company 100%.
