We went to Golden Windows for our window replacement as they originally installed our windows when the house was built some 40 years ago. Patricia was very helpful in the choosing of the replacements and the installers were very professional in the installation. All in all it was a very pleasant experience dealing with Golden Windows. We are so happy with our window and door replacement! Once we had a quote from Patricia, it took us a year to go ahead. It's a 23 year old house and the windows were literally rotting. Patricia recommended a front door for us that still impresses us everytime we look at it. It's gorgeous and was very cost effective. Last year 2017, We were looking to replace all windows in our 23 years old home and chose Golden windows, a reputable company referred to us by our friends in Waterloo. We dealt with Patricia, the sales representative who is very knowledgeable and accommodating, making the selection of window styles so easy for us. We got a quote but did not proceed with the project until August of this year due to our busy schedule. We wanted to split the project into 2 phases. Even after a year, Patricia still have our file and immediately arranged for the installer to come to our house for final measurements. The new windows were delivered and installed within 6 weeks as scheduled, professionally done by Peter and his team, with full clean up.
Golden windows even look after sending the application for the greenON rebate program on our behalf, following up closely which helped expedite the process, and we have received the rebate cheque. Thank you Amanda.
We have requested Patricia to proceed with phase2 of this project which includes replacement of our front and back door, and can't wait to see it completed in spring.
