Platinum Air Care

Really happy with the work, I called my regular company and they couldn't fix my air conditioner until the next day so I called Platinum (I had their duct cleaning done a few months prior) and they got me fixed within 2 hours of my call.

Technician showed up at my elderly mother’s home uninvited. She thought she had to let him in because she received a phone call he was coming. She was terrified and in tears after he left. This is bad business practice to get business. We are in a pandemic and you took advantage of this elderly and recently widowed lady. Shame on you.

I called them from the coupon book, no regrets..
very fair price compared, and the guys were professional and friendly as I watched them do the entire job. I had them do my mothers house as well, different guys but just as good.
