Horrible Company

After they swiped your card, good luck getting the product delivered. It is next to impossible to get a hold of customer service. Avoid this company at all costs. It's not worth the stress you going to go through.

Nearing a month since ordering and an in stock item still hasn't been shipped.

Very poorly run company.
Ordered a couch from them on August 24th, emailed on September 9th with no response. Called on September 13th and after waiting for 40 minutes spoke with a women who said our couch was in stock and it was strange it hadn't been shipped yet. She said she would figure out whats going on and follow up via email that day. No email received, called back later that day and waited on hold for over 90 minutes until I was hung up on. Attempted to call back twice today, September 16th and hung up on after 2+ hours on hold. Sent messages on FB Messenger, to response.

This company seems to have a huge track record of this with absolutely no interest in fixing their business practices. Very much regret ordering from them.

Next step is Consumer complaints with BBB and consumer protection agencies.

Don’t buy from them

Avoid ordering from them. The quality is extremely poor, and customer service is unreachable. They consistently hang up on me. After just three weeks, my couch is completely destroyed. Customer service has been dismissive and even suggested I could sue if I'm unhappy.

Unreliable delivery service and scratches on furniture

Could not get any follow-up or confirmation on delivery. When the order was finally delivered, I found scratches on the delivered item, but I was unwilling to return the item and go once again through the bad delivery service.

Greattt

Beautiful furniture (specifically suar root). Tops in customer and delivery service (curb side brought it in and placed it for me-heavy piece). Do NOT hesitate to shop here! They are a 5/5 but compared to Ashley Furniture (I might give them 1/5 on a generous day) Wazo is 20/5

Table

NEVER EVER buy from WAZO ..The service is terrible . I'm running after my table that was supposed to arrive before March 25th .
I made so many phone falls and it's time consuming . I left messages ..emails and they don't call back ... Where I bought the table in Montreal , the response is NEXT WEEK ..NEXT WEEK .. IF IT DOES NOT ARRIVE BY THIS FRIDAY , I want A FULL REFUND .
If the table is delivered, it will be inspected and If I find scratches, It will be refused .
ENOUGH OF RUNNING AROUND AND THE TABLE WAS ORDERED ON MARCH 2ND . NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!

The most absurd sectional design

Ottomon does not fit with the sectional. I have owned three sectionals, this one has the worst design.

Damaged table

Table damaged after 4 months. Crack goes thru the entire depth of the table, obviously due to wood not having completely dried out and confirmed by company yet this is "outside of warranty". Customer service sends a $5 oil as if this would repair a hole in the table. Owner seems quite active to sell his products yet no response when issues are raised, with evidence!!

Damaged chairs

Horrible customer services. I bought 4 Bunny chairs on November 19th, 2018, and we went to pick it up to Montreal showroom on December 8, 2018 and we received a box with ONLY 2 chairs. And they didn’t even warn us about that. When we came home and unpacked the chairs, we notice that one of them is damaged. On January 4th, 2019 we received our remaining 2 chairs and 1 replacement for damaged chair, the driver didn’t call us before delivering and refused to pick up the damaged chair. Even though we received our chairs they were damaged as well in the same places, because of poor packing quality. Wazo furniture customer services offered us replacements for damaged chairs and they have told us they will deliver on the second week of February, unfortunately we received them on the third week of March. There were 2 boxes with 3 chairs, all 3 of them were different size and thinner than the chairs that we already have. So now we have batch of different chairs around our dinning table. We’re not going to bother ourselves by calling them again and asking to change the chairs, it’s not worth it, because we already are tired calling them for the past 3 months. We’re just very upset and won’t order anything from them again. Save your time and money by avoiding Wazo furniture in Montreal.

terrible companay terrible dishonest polices very misled here Do not purchase from here sales guy blatantly mis sold and then spent weeks trying to fix with terrible customer service. do not purchase from these
