The technician arrived on time as promised diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. Despite having some initial difficulty with getting the correct parts, the technician got the hot water heater working for us as promised. He went out of his way to get the job done at a very reasonable price. We are very happy with the customer service this company provides.
