I had a last minute repair needed on a rental property on Friday afternoon before Labor Day. The Electric Company got someone on site who cheerfully got it fixed for a fair price. He explained very well what needed to be done and did it very efficiently. with a smile!

I contacted Terin when I was looking for an electrician to come in and install two ceiling lights and replace a thermostat for in-floor heating. I honestly chose him because the reviews were great and I liked the transparency in the pricing, and I'm sure glad I did. He did excellent work, but aside from that he went out of his way and when he understood that I was listing the house gave me some great tips regarding the electrical (my house is an older home). It's a good feeling when someone is "on your side" who genuinely cares about the project and is in it for the long haul and not just concerned with some quick money. I know that, if I have any questions about anything, I can reach out to him for some guidance.

Purchased a house recently and within a few weeks the power went out in the master bedroom, couldn’t get the breaker to turn back on. Called Real Canadian and they came out the same day, Tarin was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis, and was able to complete the repairs in a timely manner. Terin was fantastic, on time and professional . Follow up service for a ceiling fan issue, problem was a secondary wall switch was turned off. Explained the problem and did not charge for the service call.

He provided a no-obligation up-front quote including detailed walkthrough of the work with explanations and suggestions for each item. This included recommending *not* doing some things (or doing them a different way), with an explanation of why he felt the benefit of my original idea wouldn't be worth the cost.
