I have been extremely pleased with Emeralds great work on two challenging projects in my house.
There was significant damage to a bedroom ceiling and hall ceiling in my house caused by a leak through the roof during a heavy rain storm, to the extent that an area of the bedroom ceiling was so sodden that it collapsed. Emerald repaired all the damage flawlessly, and also did an excellent job removing stippling (popcorn) and refinishing the bedroom ceiling. The ceilings and the bedroom were repainted expertly. They were meticulous in protecting the furniture and floors, and did a perfect job cleaning up each day when the work was completed. The painters were punctual, courteous, hard-working and efficient, so that disruption in our home was minimized.
Painting the exterior on the upper levels of my house also presented a challenge, because of the difficult angles as well as the tight space between my house and another. The Emerald team had no problem getting the work done efficiently and to my complete satisfaction.
