Basement Underpinning/Structural Work & Garage Slab
We worked with New Depths on two projects in our home. Lowering our basement with extensive structural work on our 1900's home as well as constructing a new slab for our 1.5 car garage. The garage slab was a relatively quick one - certainly the underpinning work was a little more involved. I remember the first time we went down to your original basement. After demolishing all of those interior structural walls and installing new steel span beams the result downstairs was dramatic. I am certain you are going to enjoy that fantastic new living space downstairs and hopefully I'll have a chance to have a look!
