The installer was very competent and did an excellent job, was very careful removing the old tank.

Very professional, quick and no mess left behind including removal of old tank. Woke at 5:00 am to no hot water and leaking tank. Had anew installed tank by 11:30 am.

Great and timely service! We were told that the installer will arrive between 10:30 and 2:00 (we booked the installation at 10:20). We got a cal at 11:30 and he arrived at noon. The tank was installed before 1 o’clock. Very clean (he laid a carpet from the door to the basement) and the work are was also clean. We plan to use this company again for any related job and that we may need. Awesome job! Highly recommended!

The installation tech called me 15 minutes in advance of arrival, dispatch had confirmed the day before I would have am installation done and that was done. Tech was very polite and informative, even confirming the warranty was registered and that I would not have to do that myself. Showed me where the service contact info was on the sticker on the top of tank should I require it later and the attached owners manual. Also pointed out the lit display and explained its purpose. I would highly recommend this company based on quality or service and installation

I called Brad who had managed the install of both furnaces in my home in 2009 to ask him about an error code on one of the furnaces. Brad remembered me and advised me that I had a full warranty. He scheduled me for later that day and Bill arrived during the scheduled time frame, calling first to confirm my appointment and providing a time of arrival. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and efficiently dealt with the issue in a highly professional manner. My furnace issue was resolved without cost and with minimal disturbance. Many people have complemented me on the appearance of the furnaces and humidifiers Friesen's installed. When I watched YouTube videos and saw other installations, I realized that they did an exceptional job. The Trane furnace is a great product. I have had only this one issue in both furnaces since they were installed. The Carrier furnaces I had for 19 years had issues at least once each winter and rarely was the issue's cost covered by warranty.

Furnace adjustment and maintenance was performed efficiently and effectively. Communicating with service man was a pleasure and he got the job done.

The contractor was throurgh and careful. He took care to protect my house when bringing in the new tank and removing the old one.

The worer came one time and got right to work. Completed the job and answered all my questions.

Last Wednesday the water tank burst and leaked water into the basement. Frank and Justin installed a new one. They were very professional and polite, answering the questions I had, also offered tips in order to extend the life of the hot water tank.

I purchased a water heater from Home Depot and Friesens are contracted to install it. They did an excellent job.
