This company damaged my outdoor watertap while attempting to winterized it, and they attempted to shift the blame onto me. I've never used the outdoor tap; they are the only ones who have been using it for the sprinklers opening before summer and closing before winter since 2018 ever since it was installed by them.The replacement cost is over $500 due to the house's age. I do not recommend their services due to their dishonesty and unprofessional behavior. Paid significantly over 5 plus years

You are totally right, that the handle of your water tap was damaged, but the reason of that accident , as you mentioned before, is the age of the house.
What really happened is that your plumbing company overcharged you, cause our subcontractors were willing to take care of it for much less amount.
Even after we were willing to give you free of charge services to compensate the cost of plumbing services. Unfortunately you refused it.
We do not do services until our staff confirms and explains the scope and cost of work. As we know you used to change your landscape design and as a result to change the layout of sprinklers. Unfortunately it is not a warranty case.
