Shawn, the owner, has worked for me on and off over the course of several years. He routinely did subpar work that needs to be corrected and delays the projejct. Misled me about knowing how to frame, install drywall, connecting ducts, tile setting, a lot of willful negligence in order to avoid correcting his work. Does not appear to be able to learn new information while holding steadfast to fixed ideas that have no place in the workplace like "that's how you cut drywall" and proceeds to hand cut drywall, whereas he told me he uses a cutout tool, around electrical boxes leaving 1-inch gaps all around the box, for the 4th time! Then has the audacity to tell me there are no gaps around the box! You'd have to see it to believe it!

Does not have enough tools to complete most jobs. Out of a spirit of collaboration, loaned him some of my tools like drills, batteries and a battery charger so he could get my work done, that's how ridiculous and under prepared his business is.

Ran off with about $1600 of my money and roughly $2000 in unfinished work. As another reviewer mentioned - dishonest. I'd add denial of mistakes. Says he will fix things but it's just lip service and he doesn't actually take responsibiliities for his own misunderstandings and errors. When confronted with them, he pretends as if nothing happened or changes the topic. AVOID!

DISHONEST, does not finish the work as agreed, breach of contract, does not return calls, has multiple projects on the go so he is always delaying the process. WORKERS DAMAGED PROPERTY AND SAID THEY WOULD COMPENSATE/FIX BUT NEVER DID. DO NOT TRUST LIBERTY CONSTRUCTION. ***BE CAREFUL***
