House and Condo painters were professional from start to finish. From the in-person visit at the site to discuss the painting plan to the estimate provided (which was 100% accurate) it was a very positive experience.

The painting team arrived and verified the plan, and made suggestions on paint finish (eggshell, semi-gloss, matte).

Within 2 days the team had the entire 1200 sq ft condo painting complete, including ceilings, baseboards, walls and trim.

The team members were friendly and professional. 3 team members per day were used.

Overall a very positive experience, and in my view, for the services provided and the results attained, their pricing was excellent and included balcony painting as well.

1. Extremely Professional - Prompt and on time. John brings his family to do the job and they are very pleasant to deal with.

2. Reduced Stress - My flooring dudes had just finished and I needed things done quickly and John did work over the weekend to complete everything in 4 days. Reduced my stress levels as I was living in the condo

3. Good Advice - Old 2 bedroom condo and I needed advice to improve it. John has suggested some accent walls and better quality finish to improve things.

I sustained water stain damage to a very high cathedral ceiling in my home after shingles blew off my roof, followed by heavy rains.

John from House and Condo Painters came promptly to give me a quote and patiently explained his process and materials used and the advantages of his company's methods vs. those of competitors.
He also reassured me regarding my concern about VOCs in the paints.

His crew of 4 arrived on time and completed the job in about 4 hours. They were friendly, professional, cleaned up thoroughly and did an excellent job.

The only reason I haven't given them a rating of 10 is that I had to pursue John for awhile to get a receipt.

Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again and recommend it to others.

Awesome people and work. John came on time and gave a quick evaluation and backed it up with a detailed quote after a few hours. The job started on time and finished on time. Everything looked great - very professional. He even repaired small gaps that had developed in the ceiling trim. Very competent and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with Dimitrios last year to paint our house outside. He is a pleasure to work with. Respectful and kind and very thorough. I called him again to seal our brick wall and do touch ups inside the house. He always goes the extra mile to make me happy and is so careful and kind. I love his work.

Very impressed with John, Dimitri & Team's attention to detail, commitment to quality and value for money. They started the project by draping and protects all walls, surfaces, etc. and taping all trim and doors (I know you would typically expect this, but many painters "free-hand" trim and door painting to save time). 2 coats of high quality paint were applied (BM aura - you request and pay for the quality you want and the team will use it) and only about 10 "touch-up" spots were noted at end of job - by far my best experience with painters. John's team are warm and friendly people (greek!) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
