Adam was professional and did not hesitate to use every tool and trick at his disposal to ensure my problems would not recur for a long time. He called about my project and I sent him a photo. He came over in 30 minutes as promised. Once here, he not only cleaned out the pee trap as I requested in my project, but he used his power drain snake to clear out 20 feet of piping. This is in dramatic contrast to some other plumbers who did the minimum to unclog but left it in a state to clog again very soon. With the work Adam has done, my wife can rest knowing it will not clog again in many years. Adam did the same with out toilets which clogged frequently. He used his auger to clear about 5 feet of pipe. He also scraped some mineral buildup that was restricting the strength of the flush. The toilets flush noticeably better now. Again, a big contrast to another plumber who did nothing for the long term problem. We live better now, knowing we can call Adam in case of any plumbing problems.

Excellent service. They came as scheduled. There was about a dozen men, each knew exactly what to do. Including new gutters, the job was done in a day.

Brian's team executed flawlessly with attention to details and went beyond expectations. Mary added caulking in places I was going to add later. They repaired holes. Brian and his team were very patient with me. During planning I made some borderline mistakes in specifying what I wanted but Brian and his team completed the job to my request even after the job was done. They came back to finish to my satisfaction. I wish all my contractors were professional and so pleasant to work with.

William replaced 2 broken transition T moldings. They seem to be solid installations. He cut the moulding to fit the door frame as he said he would. Project went according to plans he helped to devise during bidding. He accessed the property via lock box and replaced the key when he was done, which made it convenient for me.

Award Plus Plumbing did 3 jobs for me in my bathroom and I cannot be happier. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Alex who answered my call, gave me a quote over the phone - something many other plumbers will not do. He asked me a few questions about my bathroom and asked me to send a few pictures. That was it! He gave very reasonable prices and had supplies on hand when needed. Based on his assessment over the phone, the job was always spot on. No surprises. They always scheduled me for a day or two at most. They gave me a heads up as they were on their way, showed up on time and executed the job perfectly - exactly as Alex expected. Competence and professionalism is the least I can say about Alex and his company. It is a great pleasure working with Award Plus Plumbing.

Arash was professional all the way. His team took the time to fully understand what I wanted. They were excellent in their workmanship. There was an unexpected pipe in the wall and they were able to cut and redirect the pipe. It turns out the were fully competent pipe fitters or plumbers too. This was great, because we didn't need to call and wait for another person. In all it took a couple of hours more of work. But never did I hear a complain or a demand for more than was quoted. I was so pleased I left a big tip. When it turned out I misunderstood that the wall repair was not included, Arash was happy to arrange someone at a very reasonable cost. Overall, I am very pleased with the peofessionslism especially in the way they handled the unexpected pipe and workmanship. I would highly recommend Summit Contractors.

Awesome people and work. John came on time and gave a quick evaluation and backed it up with a detailed quote after a few hours. The job started on time and finished on time. Everything looked great - very professional. He even repaired small gaps that had developed in the ceiling trim. Very competent and professional. I highly recommend them.

Jason and his crew are professionals who went out of their way to make sure the job got done to my complete satisfaction. I had some unusual requests to remove vinyl window stop trims and clean the frames underneath and Jason was happy to work that into his job scope. When mold was discovered in new places and drywall had to be removed, he provided someone to rebuild the wall. That person also repaired some existing holes too at no cost. We passed air quality testing and I am very pleased.

They were professional, friendly, competent and prompt. They gave me a quote that made sense: a base price that includes 30 minutes service, plus an hourly rate. As it turns out, the fix was simple and I paid only the base rate. Beats paying twice that for a fixed price that many contractors charge. I will be calling MP Electric again for all my future electrical needs.

I needed my faucet repaired in a hurry. But I couldn't find the brand. I called another plumber. They weren't even going to try to repair it. On the phone, they told me to buy another one and then call to make an appointment, which needed at least 1 day notice. Tornado, on the other hand was awesome. They gave me a fixed fee to repair the existing one or to install a new one. No charge just for showing up. Sergei came and determined that they couldn't identify the brand, then he went to Home Depot and bought the replacement that I had chosen online at no charge! This saved me about 2 hours of time and energy! During installation, we discovered the hole was too small, because the old faucet was a 3 hole model which separated the spout and the control lever. He did some quick thinking and suggested we simply put the new faucet in the larger hole that was off center. This saved me from having to call a carpenter to enlarge the center hole, putting my kitchen back in service at least 1 day earler! If only all businesses conducted business like Sergei and Tornado!

Amazing! This is how a move should be. And how a business should be run. These guys were honest, straight-up, professional, knowledgeable, well-equipped, hard working, positive and enthusiastic right from the initial estimate all the way to the final billing. It was the best move I ever had. Just a first class act, all the way. I will definitely hire these guys again in the future. I highly recommend Rent-a-Son.
