I submitted my request on homestars in the evening on a Holiday and within a couple hours, I have received a called from Patel Pest Control. Manish was quick to provide an update on his availability and flexibility in meeting up with me the next day. He helped me control/remove the wasps and double sprayed to ensure effectiveness of his job, including a thorough explanation of his services and how these wasps works.
