Jay first discussed the most cost efficient and effective way to solve our wet basement problem with us. Once we agreed his crew arrived the next day and completed the job in 1.5 days then making sure everything was clean and neat. This was 2 months ago and we are still dry.

I purchased a new washer/dryer and to my dismay I could not turn off the water into the house or under the sink as both spigots were broken. I called Plumbwize who was able to send someone the next day. They were very courteous and arrived within the time window promised. Zack was polite and provided an estimate up front prior to doing the work. He explained what was required and why he used the products recommended. So far I am pleased with the service. I have also requested him to come back to install 2 new bathroom sinks and faucets. Stay tuned and I will provide update once completed.

As promised Zack returned to install the bathroom sinks and faucets 2 days later. This time he brought Sean. Once again they were on time and called previously to arriving. Fortunately there were no major issues and the install was very quick and was completed without any problems. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend them to others.

I had a frozen pipe burst in the garage, luckily enough it was caught early before much damage was done. I called Plumbwize and they responded very quickly and put in a new line for me. I was so happy and with there quick service and I had minimal interruption with my water in the house. They were upfront with the cost and there was no hidden fees like I've experienced before, felt they were very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Within an hour of making a call to PlumbWize about a mysteriously clogged drain, Zak was on-site. He reviewed the situation, was pretty convinced about the cause, and recommended their high-tech camera inspection to confirm his professional opinion. Thank goodness he did--and yes, he was right. Turned out to be a massive tree root invasion that was only going to get worse. (And as much as we didn't like the news, we thought it was pretty cool to be able to see this first-hand!)

Zak then cleared it it out and resolved the situation, which could have escalated and cost us dearly in the future if he hadn't caught it that day.
