I hired Kristaq to renovate my main bathroom. This was my first major renovation so wasn't exactly sure what to expect but Kristaq exceeded my expectations. He finished on time, for the price that we agreed on and the finished product looks great. He did a number of extra things that most companies wouldn't do like not asking for a deposit before the work started and returning a vanity. Im glad I found Kristaq for my Reno!

Amazing renovation experience! I would give another 10 stars if possible! Kris is super honest contractor! We gave him the key for the unit, during the project we only went to the site three times briefly. He even gave us the best places to buy the materials which made my life so much easier!! he is very professional and has excellent standard for everything he does! My daughter and her boyfriend were looking to renovate their bathroom in their condo. I was asked to help find a contractor that would be able to do the job. My husband and I hired Top Renovations to complete our intended project. Weve fully renovated our kitchen and basement as they were a tad out of style (we just moved into our current home earlier this year). I hired Kris to renovate my small main bathroom that may have been last done in the 50's. The demo was a challenge because I wanted to keep the tub and floor, and the walls were cement board from which you couldn't easily remove the old tiles. Kris got it done and tiled a beautiful bathroom for me complete with new fixtures and vanity. Love it.

This is our second contract with Kris from Top Renovations. The work was perfect. Kris is so attentive. Our glass doors were delayed so he went out and gotcus a curtain rod and shower curtain.

I was looking for a contractor for months for my bathroom renovation until Kristaq from Top Renovations was recommended to me. I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and quality of work done and at a very reasonable price. His attention to detail was amazing and asked questions that no other contractor did which contributed to the overall awesomeness of the finished product. We have just completed our third project with Krisaq of Top Renovations. He removed all flooring, and leveled a raised area prior to installing new hardwood and baseboards throughout the entire floor - including around a very tricky staircase.
As usual, a first rate job! The work was done neatly and promptly. Great advice and suggestions to make sure everything was perfect - and two excellent recommendations for hardwood and lumber suppliers.
