Harm responded to our request promptly and scheduled an appointment to do the work the following day. He arrived on time. Harm is professional, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He is organized, listens and works with you. We will continue to call him for future electrical work and will refer him to family and friends. We also appreciate he wore "booties" into our house.
