Daniel's Property Maintenance

Our complex of five apartments have used Daniel's services for our joint parking lot area, which includes two driveways, and walkway areas in front and rear of property, as well as for lawn care services which include spring and fall clean-up.
His team comes as promised, and Daniel, the owner, responds almost immediately to any texts, phone calls, or emails. He is reliable, courteous, and meticulously conscious in completing all responsibilities, often going the extra mile to keep his customers exceptionally satisfied.
We are renewing the contract for our fourth year, and have every intention of continuing his services year-round.
He may also service residential properties as well.
