Luigi re-finished my hardwood floors and also did a few repairs. This was the second time I've had my for refinished and the difference in quality between the two versions was astounding. The quality of the work that I got from LM was far superior. Luigi took pains to make every corner perfect to the extent that that was possible given the existing conditions of my floor. We literally could not be happier with his expertise, workmanship, attention to detail, work ethic and responsiveness. We'd just come off a terrible experience redoing our hardwood floors with another contractor and decided to fire that guy and fully redo the floors with Luigi. What can I say Luigi is such a professional. Very hardworking, knowledgeable & trust worthy. His attention to detail is over the top! Sanded & stained the front hall & kitchen to match the living/dining room flooring. Replaced the carpet with Torly’s vinyl plank flooring & changed out the stairs to hardwood with a white kick! Looks awesome!

Luigi did an amazing job of rectifying another contractor's horrible work:

We purchased a home with a light beech hardwood floor that needed refinishing due to major scratching of the clear coat by the previous owner's dog. Unfortunately the first contractor who we used ruined the floor with large streaks, uneven sanding and drips everywhere. They also left dust everywhere, and stained our baseboards. This was after 2 attempts at the work. (We didn't pay them...)

Luigi checked out the situation, and explained how he would fix the floors. He managed to even out all the uneven sanding, and refinished the floors beautifully. He even put down sample patches of finishing for us the choose from partway through the job. Plus there was practically no dust!

Now we have the beautiful floors we were hoping for!
