I was one of the first customers of Safeguard and was a bit leery in using a service when it came to my kitchen renovation, but after speaking to Craig and looking over their website I thought I would give them a try. What a great choice I made! Craig sent out two contractors from his network to quote us on our kitchen renovation and both of them were fantastic. Both listened to what we wanted to do, unlike a few other quotes we received where the contractor was only interested in his thoughts and not ours. Both of their quotes were in the middle of what we were quoted. It was a very difficult choice which of the two we wanted to go with, but in the end we decided to go with John. From the time we signed the contract, Craig and his staff kept us up to date on the timeframe for the work to be done and was always there to answer any questions we had. John and his team then did our renovation and what a terrific job they did. They turned an outdated kitchen into something great. After the work was done, Craig was in touch with us once again to make sure we were 100% satisfied with the work and we were, with the exception of a minor issue. Craig assured us that he would get the contractor back to take care of the one tile that got cracked and John was back within 24 hours to take care of it. I have to say this was the greatest experience we had when dealing with a home improvement project and we had several in our previous house. We will be doing our roof in the spring and I have already talked to Craig about sending me a couple of his roofing companies and I know I will get the same type of service and work for my roof that I did for my kitchen renovation.
