Unica provided a supply/install service for the exterior siding, soffit and fascia of our newly constructed custom home.

We originally hired Leo after receiving several quotes for a scope of work, of which his was by far the most reasonable. He gave us the quote in a very timely manner, and executed the job in the exact time frame he said he would. The price didn’t change, and the final result was better than expected. Very satisfied overall, I would certainly use him again for any project in the future

I had exterior siding replaced on my row house with a custom colour including new flashing, eavestroughs and downspout . Leo was attentive and responsive along the way and the guys on site were meticulous and professional. Looks great!

Leo is such a please to work with. After coming for measurements and a thorough conversation to understand our needs, he has provided several options to maximize the space that we had available to build my wife’s dreamed closet. He went beyond and also shared helpful insights based on our conversation. The entire job took about 4 days to complete from consult, paint to install and we are thrilled with the end result. An extremely functional closet with enough space for all the family clothes.

Unica did a great job with the exterior siding in the front of my home. Other companies did not provide a written agreement also they did the want to to take to old siding off. The guys at Unica construction are some of the hardest working contractors we came across during the renovation of our home.

They installed our siding in January... yes January!! My wife and I could not believe they worked in the winter and remained so pleasant to deal with.

They also were back in the early Summer to complete our exterior posts.

We recently had our house sided with Hardy siding by UNICA CONSTRUCTION. Both my wife and I are extremely satified with the workmanship, professionalism and work ethic of the UNICA crew. Leo let us know when the job would start and end and met each timeline. We were greeted each morning by a friendly crew, who worked exceedly hard and were artists when it can to the job of working with Hardy siding. Harding siding is very difficult to work with, but you would never know it as the UNICA crew knew how ​to piece it together to make our house look amazing! I highly recommend UNICA to any homeowne​r who wants extraordinary service and artful, creative work done on their house.

I had the siding of my front and back of house done with a beautiful charcoal grey, Maebec brand wood. Francesco and his team had to work with a 100+ year old home and the issues and unexpected challenges that came up/ Francesco and the guys worked efficiently, did perfect cuts, installed new eves and downspouts and also installed my exterior lighting fixtures. I would recommend Unica to anyone looking for great product, service and quality materials.
