Interlock Metal Roofing - AB

we are not happy with quality of work, had problems from delivery to the installation
delivery company was not flexible with the schedule, were 2 deliveries, 2nd one without notice
waited almost a year for installation,
not worth $$, we are not happy with the roof
house insurance went up; not wind resistant it can fly away,
we are considering taking down the roofing

We were very happy with the service from the sales and service/instalation people. They were very prompt and courteous, they left the site very clean as well. We are very pleased and have told others to consider an Inter Lock roof when they are ready to renew their roof.

All the employees of interlock were a pleasure to deal with. All very courteous and professional. All issues were addressed in a very professional manner. We would highly recommend this company and their product.

I got my new roof on in December ! The boys were very kind but would block us in the house with snow everyday ! We had to clear the snow when they left so we could let the dogs out ! The roof is lifting and in areas looks unfinished but I thought that I would contact the head office and let them know what was going on with my roof only to be treated like crap by two women in the office and was told someone will be over to look at it that day ,,I waited all day at home for them and he was a no show and no call ! I'm very mad about this treatment and could never tell anybody to use them ! They take your money (a lot of it )and run ! I will nag every day now cuz I'm mad ! DO NOT use this roof company !

We had interlock replace our shingels and are very satisfied with the product and sevice and timing. It is great feelling that we will not have to worry about replacing our shingels ever again.
