In a world where customer service is dead Parklane is quite refreshing. Mike is a pleasure to deal with. Firstly, he showed up exactly on time, secondly, he hung about 18 light fixtures without incident and thirdly he bettered his original estimated price. Finally, Mike actually cares about doing an excellent job- offering suggestions throughout the day.
We would definitely use Parklane and Mike again. Thanks for caring.
