Door opener latch loose. Alon found possible replacement hardware but suggested to come to inspect himself.. he fixed the problem expertly with no need to replace opener hardware.

Project: New install of a garage door I purchased used off of Kijiji.

I initially thought I could do this job myself but quickly realized this was not going to be a straight forward installation. So I called Alon from Smart Care Garage Doors Toronto. Alon was great, showed up on time, was able to make a couple of modifications to get the garage door working properly. He also showed me how to program both the remote and the keypad. Everything is working great. Would recommend!!!

I had a broken spring and a chain driven opener problem. My wife wanted a quieter opener. Alon is friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us the quote promptly and called us for installation within 2 days. Alon is patient answering my questions and came out to fix the door quickly. He cleaned the job site efficiently after installation. He notice the new opener was making a strange noise as it opened. This impressed me the most as his after-sale service.
