Moving a house with young kids is one of most stressful event one will experience. Metropolitan movers make it an enjoyable experience by taking care of all the details and making the move pretty much stress free. Their staff works at a reasonable pace to make sure that none of the stuff gets damaged. Highly recommend their services.

Had a very good experience with them. They were polite, professional and nice. They showed up on time and respected my property and belongings as they protected everything very adequately. They also helped us with everything during the move and above all offered a well explained reasonable price. I think if all movers would offer these good standards more people would start using them.

I had some special requests about the packing and unloading order of my furniture, and they were happy to accommodate my wishes. Everything arrived safely and on time. Metropolitan Movers helped me move from my old apartment in Vaughan to my new condo in the distillery district on Oct 26th. They were terrific and the price was great. The crew was really careful with my stuff and I was moved in on the same day. I'd recommend them to other people in the west toronto area for sure.

Moving always involves a lot of stress when you do it yourself so this time round I called these movers. With only 2 weeks notice, they were able to send their best team. 10 minutes early, two of the smiliest people showed up, lifted all my heavy boxes in no time, packed the truck and off they went. They are not very expensive so it was much worth it than doing it myself, so overall I am quite happy with their service.

Do not use this service- they charged double the quote even though it was their error. Metropolitan had the simple task of picking up two sets of sofas in an Ottawa warehouse and move them to Regina. They only picked up one set and did not catch their error until they delivered it to our home. Then they decided to get the other sofa set we would have to pay double to get the other sofa set. We went with them- paying more than other carriers because of their comments on homestar. What a mistake and they will not take responsibility for their error. Huge cost.

I used Metropolitans Movers because they were recommended by my girlfriend's parents, so I called them for a quote. I received an estimate based on the size of my flat and a list of items that I provided. The move was very smooth, stress free and timely, and most importantly within my budget. There was nothing I could have asked for more. We will have one more move early next year and will certainly use them again.
