Arguably the worst customer experience of my life.
The movers were supposed to arrive at about 9:30am but called to delay on three separate occasions. My wife and I both called head office and they were not helpful at all. When I flat asked how they planned to rectify this situation, I was met with awkward silence or attitude. Classy!
After 2 and a half hours, a new truck was eventually resigned to us. Despite not arriving until 1pm (over 3 hours late), the new movers we had were professional and very personable. Zii and Matt from another company earn my recommendation, but Metropolitan Movers as an actual company is utterly disorganized, complacent and rude.
PS: Metropolitan Movers felt a discount was unreasonable. Really? You were only 3 hours late! Let's hope they somehow make this right.
