Not impressed, for the overpriced service I expected much more from them. They double booked me and another move and so last second had to change my time even though I had already gotten the elevator on service from 9-11 in the morning to 3-6.
Would not recommend this overpriced, unorganized, and unapologetic service.
UPDATE: I have now been double charged for the move on September 1st. I was charged on the 2nd as well as the 13th of September. It has been 2 weeks of the company stating that the refund will be returned within "the next 5 days or so" and I have still yet to receive anything back. I have been emailing the contact person for the past 2 days asking about the return and have not been able to get a reply. I am very unimpressed and thinking of taking legal action if this is not resolved by the end of this week.
