I recently moved into a beautiful 100+ year old home in the Annex and had roofing issues. I called Po who immediately came to my place- his roofer who was professional, efficient, and a real craftsman. As is Po. He has worked with our family for several years - with new builds and renovations. He is a true Renaissance man - with impeccable taste, deep knowledge, expert skills and only the best crafts.

World Class Professional

Po Ku is a world class professional. Period. Since 1999, I have engaged him for a major home renovation, a new home build and a ski chalet design. All three project went incredibly well and secured my confidence deeper and deeper with his skills as a full service designer/builder. I recommend Po Ku without hesitation.

Multiple Major House Renovations

We have used Po Ku Design Build for 2 Major Renovations as well as many smaller alterations to our house. Our house is an older home
and we wanted Po Ku to restore certain areas of the house to its original heritage while giving us all the modern conveniences.....It was through his thoughtful planning and meticulous attention to detail that our house is a lovely balance of the old and new.
Po Ku Design Build is a highly talented Architect Design Firm and I recommend it hightly for any type of Design Build Project.

He delivers on time and on budget and tries his best to get value for money
He is invested both in ensuring spectacular design and impeccable execution
He is available after the job is complete for follow up
