LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1. Already reported, snow accumulation, especially wet snow, plugs the screen and caused the melt to overflow the eaves troughs onto the sidewalks, driveway and adjacent property. A cool down results in ice buildup, and icicles.
Not ideal for northern climates.
2. Just had a heavy rain and pine needles washed out of the spouts, making me question whether they really work, or the workmanship of the installer if he really cleaned them as was in the scope of work, and if other short cuts were taken.
3. In the sales pitch we were informed that all work was performed by Leaf Filter. Our installer was a self employed contractor.

I o.k.d the insulation of the leaf filter gutter cover system after the sales person demos it in my kitchen sink under running tap water. I could see how it worked under various quantities of water flow. I paid for the supply and installation to be done the very next day. It was done. The installer was a very nice guy and did a very good job. A few days later a Field Manager ( Tony ) and helper came to inspect the job done. Tony was asked if Leaffilter could supply me with one of your hats so I could help advertise your product. He called someone on his cell and told me they were ordering some and one would be dropped off when the came in. I have NOT RECEIVED ONE AS YET. I hope I have not been overlooked.

We had this installed in the early spring so far we have seen it through a little snow and rain and it worked well. We want to wait to see how it handles a whole summer and winter in the Kawarthas to be completely satisfied.

My gutters are 14 feet off the ground and the neighbour's maple tree leaves were accumulating in my gutters all around the house. The gutters were new yet had to be cleaned 3 times a year. I also had an accumulation of bat droppings at one location under my bat house. This was expected as the bats keep the bug population down.
I called, asked questions and set up an appointment for measuring and for a quote. The price was fantastic and I signed the contract and bought in for the service.
4 months after the install we finally got a rain storm so I could see them in action. Perfect. Clean clear water poured out the downspouts just as promised by the company. The bat droppings also just roll off the gutter covers and land in the garden. Excellent. Iclimbed my ladder to try and see if anything from the spruce tree next door had accumulated on the covers. Nothing.
The installer called ahead as arranged, was very professional and polite. He cleaned up the gutters, old Christmas lights and any mess he may have made.
This was a seamless installation and was very efficient through all of the steps in the experience.

Our installer was truly professional while he did the work on our house. He worked alone and got the job done in about 4 hours. He even kept is cool when he interacted with our hostile neighbour. I would highly recommend this company for the outstanding product and installation.

I have already given a review to Leaf Filter and honestly, I am a little annoyed that they keep posting me for free support and advertising.

Salesperson way too pushy! I bought strictky because of the price reduction from $5661 to $2500. Installer was A1. Product is good.

The installer was punctual and completed the work in one day. He left the site clean. I had a problem with the water flow and the company sent a second person to affect changes to the gutter installation he completed the work and have had no trouble since. I was happy with the system and the leaf filter company was easy to work with.

Offered the best price and added a free downspout,(25'). The crew did a fantastic job and could be happier with the result.

Totally the best gutter protection out there and now having it installed, I know for sure it works as our home is located among huge trees and nothing end up in our gutters anymore. Highly proficient, friendly and professional installers who really clean up when they are finished. I am in the home renovation business and have never found anything in over forty years that works so well as Leaf Filter.
