1. Already reported, snow accumulation, especially wet snow, plugs the screen and caused the melt to overflow the eaves troughs onto the sidewalks, driveway and adjacent property. A cool down results in ice buildup, and icicles. Not ideal for northern climates. 2. Just had a heavy rain and pine needles washed out of the spouts, making me question whether they really work, or the workmanship of the installer if he really cleaned them as was in the scope of work, and if other short cuts were taken. 3. In the sales pitch we were informed that all work was performed by Leaf Filter. Our installer was a self employed contractor.
