Excellent presentation by the sales rep. Quick installation followed in a couple of days. Product resolved my on going problem of excessive leaves and pine needles clogging up my down spouts. No more manual gutter cleaning and annoying leaky drips. Love the lifetime warranty which is transferable to new owners when I am ready to sell.
