Mark was very reasonable and professional. Our worst damaged floor turned to brand new looking floor. His work is beyond our expectation and we are extremely happy with his work. I totally recommend him for anyone looking for floor refinishing. Thank you for your hard work Mark!

The carpet and linoleum were removed on the main floor and replaced with engineered hardwood. Mark did an excellent job, floor looks stunning. We are really happy with the end product and would definitely recommend Upscale Hardwood for wood flooring projects.

Mark removed existing hardwood on my main floor (~650 sq feet) and replaced it with a wider plank engineered hardwood. The renovation went smoothly and any concerns i had were addressed immediately. Overall, I was very impressed with Mark's craftmanship and attention to detail. The floors turned out better than I had expected. The whole upper floor hardwood was removed and replaced with white oak hardwood and new baseboards. Work was completed on schedule and looks amazing. Mark and his assistant were very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Flooring looks great as do the baseboards. A couple repairs on the flooring in other parts of the house look great. Overall very happy.

The entire house has De-carpeted and Galatea engineered hardwood was put down. Roughly 1600 sqft of it. Mark was very meticulous and he went out of his way to meet the timeline of the overall project. The end result is beautiful.

Mark and Patrick were prompt and efficient and provided lots of notice and patience in allowing us to do the carpet demolition in stages. They were great at working around all the furniture we needed to move in stages. The work was completed in the middle of the arrival of Mark's daughter, but he balanced priorities really well. We are very pleased with the final product and would recommend Upscale without hesitation.
