Where do I even begin with this nightmare of an experience. Called Wayne to do a bedroom paint and scraping popcorn ceiling. Had two guys who painted the room the second day and at end of the day these guys used my bathroom tub to clean themselves which was extremely unprofessional in itself. This was totally unacceptable and infuriating. Ask to use hose outside or basement sink? Nasty.

Then I go and look in my tub after and they left little bits of paint and drywall all over my tub along with pieces of tape and paper from some packing of a product they were using. Like are you kidding me? You used my toilet and tub as your personal garbage? I notice that there is plastic wrappers shoved down my tub drain and also in my toilet? This is utterly incredible that this is how peoples homes are treated. Clogs my tub and toilet with drywall and plastic and paper wrappings? I showed this to Wayne the next day when he returned ti finally finish the job. All he did was look and say sorry after I angrily told him how disgusting and unprofessional this was and that he would clean the drain and tub like it was oops sorry and not a big deal. Unbelievable!

Finished the job finally in like the 4th day which was amazing too as it was a one or two day job so he claimed originally. He would never show up in the agreed upon time and in fact constantly showed up 2-3 hours late rolling in at noon or after everyday. Extremely unprofessional in every facet. Extremely lazy.

Fast forward 3 weeks later I decided to give him another chance with my bathroom as he seemed somewhat apologetic when he finished the bedroom. Big mistake.

Got an agreed upon price to paint bathroom and I tried to negotiate and he said no as there would be some minor drywall patchwork etc and that it wasnt just painting. I agreed and said thats fair. Again to paint a 200 sq ft bathroom took 3 days which should have taken one day. Showed up late by 3-4 hours every single day and would give me every excuse in the book. He even showed up 3 hours late one of the days and his excuse as to why? he had to help his neighbour with his fence because he was old. No Im not joking. He has zero accountability and is extremely lazy. Like as lazy as it gets. No apology no nothing, just excuses every time. Before the last day when he still wast done my wife called him to say this needs to be done we have guests flying in for the weekend and the bathroom still isnt done yet. His response ? The bathroom is still functional yes thats right, he really said that. No apology no nothing. Remember this was literally a one day job! My wife and my both were shocked how rude this guy actually was.

When he finally came back to finish he said he was done and left. The bathroom looked terrible. Left holes in wall everywhere from where I pulled down towel rack and pictures so walls could be painted. Left a whole bunch of patchwork that we agreed upon and didnt do most of it. Didnt paint behind sink or toilet and left it the original if brown when the new paint colour was white. Didnt sweep up the floor. Didnt put back the light switch plates. Spots on walls needed more paint as the old colour was still visible. Got paint on my toilet and bathroom wall cabinet. Didnt tape anything and it showed. Did I mention how lazy this guy is? Incredible.

I Let him know how terrible his work was and showed him pics of everything and told me I got what I paid for. LOL.

This guy is as lazy and unprofessional as it comes. Youve been warned. I should have never payed him the money for the job until he did it properly which was my mistake. Learn from my mistakes and stay far far away from this clown.
