Alex was very efficient and helped us to understand each step of the TV mounting process, even showing us different options and ways we could do it. It was a bit trickier as we were mounting a wall on the other side of a shower, but he set everything up so nicely and it looks fantastic. He came prepared with a variety of mounts and equipment, and we are very happy with the final outcome!

Alex was great. He knew not only mounting inside and out, but had a wealth of knowledge around televisions generally. He did a great job getting the tv up, and even helped me put my old tv away. Cool, funny guy too. Pricing was more than fair. Highly, highly recommend!

He has extra parts leads etc in his truck if needed - and explains why you need them and how much and gives you as many options as possible. Alex was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. The TV mount was installed into brick, works perfectly and neatly hides all wires behind the TV. Alex also reviewed our TV setting and made suggested updates to further enhance sound and picture quality. Overall I would highly recommend the installation services provided.

We purchased two TVs from Best Buy. Existing TVs needed to be dismounted from existing wall mounts and new wall mounts had to be installed for the new TVs. Not knowing whom to call, we performed a Google search and found Setup Team. The service was beyond compare. Not only was Alex able to see us in a timely fashion, he meticulously removed the old wall mounts; installed the new ones; disposed of unnecessary wiring from the old installation; explained everything to us in meticulous detail; left both areas immaculate upon completion; and even showed us some of the features of our new TVs and showed us software apps we could use that were compatible with our new TVs. Service was flawless, punctual, friendly and top notch. You don't get customer service like this anymore...unless you use Setup Team!
