Because of Alex's glowing reviews online, I chose him to solve my TV/sound system problems. He promised the world. Told me that he would treat me like the grandmother he loved. When he finished the work, I gave him a working wall-mount TV I couldn't use anymore. But the brand-new system Alex installed didn't work from day one. When I called him he told me he couldn't diagnose the problem over the phone and would have to make a house call. That would start at $150 plus time spent. Nearly two years later the problem persists. I hardly watch that TV. When I turn it on, it comes on and then ten seconds later it cuts out. Not always. Sometimes it stays on. Tonight, when I wanted to watch the Academy Awards, it wouldn't stay on. Turned off, it periodically the audio came on and off, without being turned on. Alex was rude on the phone the one or two subsequent times when I called asking for guidance. More than three thousand dollars later I didn't solve my problem. I still can't watch that TV. I hope Alex will read this review and think about his moral obligation to stand behind his work and make this right.

I'll start by saying that unfortunately you can't make everyone happy, Although we try and the hundreds of good reviews we have on different platforms (homestars, Yelp, Google) is a good proof for that.
Miss L. Is a nice old lady that purchased a TV and a home theatre recever through me back in April 2018. To Replace her old system that was not compatible with a new Rogers box she received.
Since the installation she contact me twice
The first time she had a problem , I went to her house the very next day to fix the "problem" which was that she forgot she supposed to change inputs in her TV in order to watch Netflix , I've spent an hour training her and writing for her how to operate her system for FREE!
The second time she called was about a year-and-a-half ago, She called on Saturday at 7 p.m. Demanding me to drive to her home to fix her problem at 7pm on Saturday night!!!
While I was celebrating an event with my family, I apologize and said that I cannot do it today and offered her that I will come to her house the very next day on Sunday morning but she declined.I tried to solve her problem over the phone, Ignoring my family and spending 20 minutes over the phone with her. The "problem" was that the Rogers box did not turn on, which the simple solution for that was to turn the box on and off to fix the problem witch we did. And the problem was solved.
The $150 the she mentions was not for the service call . It was for a Universal remote control (deeply discounted) . That I offered her because I believed that it will help her to remember how to operate her system.
Since then a year and a half have past and I've never heard from her until today, the day I've received this review.
