Excellent service. On schedule, on budget and with no issues at all. Highly recommend this company as they are extremely professional. I hope i wont have any issues with other appliances but if i do i am going back to these folks as they are great.

Alex was extremely professional, analyses the situation and he was correct. Heating coil was sparking and turned out to be broken. Very quick, efficient, cleaned the dryer and reinstalled. On the way out we asked them to check the soap dispenser of the dishwasher as it wasn't springing open and staying open. They checked it and fixed it quickly and showed us how to fix if it should happen again. Would highly recommend!

Alex responded to my request almost immediately. We spoke on a Monday, and he was able to come by that Wednesday in the evening as I was working during the day. He immediately identified the problem I was having with my fridge, as well as another problem I didn't know I had. He explained both issues very clearly, made the repair right then and there, and now my fridge is back to working perfectly. Great guy, very respectful, and a fellow Seinfeld aficionado. I wouldn't call anyone else in the future, thanks Alex!

I called Alex to help with installing a new dishwasher, he explained the process and the cost on the call. He showed up within the allotted time, completed the work. There was a plumbing Work that needed to be done prior to completion of the installation. Alex offered to come back to finish the installation, and he did. Overall, Alex provide great service courteously, and professionally.

When the gasket blew on my front-load washer, Man With a Wrench responded quickly and provided great service. Two young men are the heart of this business and I can honestly say that it was a true pleasure dealing with these technicians!

The value of a long-term customer/supplier relationship is definitely not lost on the guys from 'Man with a Wrench.' Oleg arrived, immediately identified that the water to the appliance had been turned off, turned it on, provided me servicing tips and was on his way. No deceit, no attempts to turn the call into something it wasn't; no BS. It's refreshing to do business with honest, straight-forward hard working people. I've never been so pleased to pay for a service call. I will recommend these every chance I get.

Communication with Oleg was polite and follow up was punctual. Alex showed up on time and repaired the faulty water valve. Hopefully we won't need their services soon but would gladly recommend again.

No charge inspection on a Fridge that is a nightmare and needs to be replaced. Total pros. Foolish to go with anyone else.

My freezer was working but the fridge was not cold. I called another company and the person who came told me right away that he would have to replace the control board which would have cost much more without solving the problem. Alex came, explained what the problem might be and repaired my fridge on the spot.
