Miele repair Highly Recommend

Highly recommend Man with a Wrench after their repair of my 20+ year old Miele dishwasher. Intermittent issues are the worst with trying to discover the problem. The Man with a Wrench techs are professional, knowledgable and personable. Easy booking of appointment (next day from call) and confirmed when they would arrive within 30min so I could live my life not waiting on them arriving. Completely upfront with cost of service call and what was included. Due to the intermittent nature of this problem it required a followup service call which they did not charge for! After fixing the installation that was wrong from the beginning (20years ago) and noting cost should I wish to address a couple of concerns, I couldn't be more satisfied with the service and cost! Highly recommend for anyone needing a repair company that finally gives repair companies a GOOD name! These guys know their stuff.

Let me tell you a little bit about how our company works:

The initial service call is $99 plus HST for Electric appliances and $120 plus HST for Gas appliances, this entails a technician's arrival, a complete diagnosis of the problem and a repair quote.
If you choose to proceed with the repair, you only pay the quoted repair price and if not, only the service call fee. Never both.

We have the following times available for an appointment:

_____ : between 8am-2pm or between 12pm-6pm and the tech will call on the way

Because our appointments are on a first come first serve basis, please let us know what time works for you at your earliest convenience, so that we can solidify your appointment time and date.

3. Full address and parking info. (unit number, postal code/ buzzer if applicable).
