Appliance Repair Guys

LG fridge was not cooling. Error message "er dh" Called in desperation as LG authorized service was a week later. Tech was in for 5 minutes said he could fix with a reset button but really mother board was at fault. Fix lasted a day. $140. Said OK to the Mother board $800 and had that installed. Lasted a day. Called them back. Sr Tech says cooling thermostat is really at fault not mother board $130. Came back a week later with that part. Fridge now works....$1100 later. Trying to get some money back on motherboard install. They offered us $25 to sign a release...NO WAY. This company has an F rating with the BBB. There is a class action suit underway.
