I spent a good amount of time talking with various design / build firms as well as independent architects before selecting Ben to be my Architect, and I'm glad I did! Design, Drawings and permits can be time consuming, especially if you need to go through Committee of Adjustment. Ben was extremely helpful and diligent throughout the entire process, representing me and my project at Committee of Adjustment, following up with the city for zoning, reviews and permits. He was patient with us as my wife and I dithered and delayed when finalizing our various design options. Ben shared his experience with us to guide us through various options and gave us insights on how best to proceed, as well as laying out the pros and cons of our design choices. We're thrilled with the final design and drawings, and I highly recommend Ben! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future!

Ben was extremely professional with us. As an architect, he had great design ideas. He was the first person we engaged in the renovation, and he got us started and helped us believe we could pul it off. He is a wonderful communicator and very reliable about what he promises to do and by when. His knowledge was invaluable and we’d would definitely use him again.

Bamdad helped us through the process of redesigning and getting permits for a front porch redesign/rebuild- including going to COA. He communicates very clearly and professionally and really supports his clients through the whole process. He was extremely organized and prepared for our day at Committee and he has many contacts at City Hall to get the job done. He is currently working with us on our next project!

Ben is and excellent architect who know his stuff. He is reliable, dependable and knowledgeable. He is By the book. He has worked on three projects for me and his designs are modern and unique. I would use him again and refer him to other friends and family.

BBA Design Studio- Bamdad is extremely professional, meticulous and in constant contact during planning stages of our project. During the design stage, we were given different options and Bamdad was amazing to communicate with us every single adjustment/changes or make changes as per our request. He is very quick in responding to our enquiries and everything is written down and very clear. Bamdad is extremely knowledgable with city laws and we were confident that we would have no problem with the city. We also did not know we could have permit obtained before closing of our home and that put us ahead for about 3 weeks. For future projects, we would go again with BBA Design as there are no short cuts and job gets done!

Bamdad was excellent in understanding the work and our ideas and translated them to the drawings.
He was very thorough in his detail and design and provided excellent service.

Ben was terrific. He worked with me on finalizing my deck designs and provided great suggestions along the way. He also made the permit application hassle-free. Awesome work all around and right on budget.

Very happy with Bens work, drawings for garage, discussing all things that may happen in process, i deal with contractors all time, so have some insight. he kept communications all along, very personal, i give him 11 out of 10.

My contractors connected me with Bamdad. He explained the process from beginning to end and was very helpful and accessible. This included deciphering the City of Toronto application refusal for me, working with us to figure out an alternate plan, making and explaining recommendations and ultimately changing the carport footprint to comply with bylaws, when we decided not to go to the Committee of Adjustment. Bamdad is thorough, detail-oriented and clearly takes pride in his work, and I appreciate the valuable advice he offered throughout this project. I highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
