Underscoring high praise for the entire Stonehenge team. They helped us through a stressful renovation - the replacement of a foundation wall - with outstanding professionalism, patience and care. Quite impressive what they did and how well they did it. Was all the more impressive given unexpected turns in weather. Stayed on budget and also followed-up with some minor fixes post completion. I contacted Stonehenge after several frustrating attempts to get a company with the right expertise to tackle the foundation wall on my 95 year old house. All the other companies either flat out weren't willing/able to do the work, or they wanted to tear our entire wall down and do a fresh rebuild. Stonehenge took a look at the wall, and gave me a quote to repair the wall in sections to avoid a complete tear down. Their service was excellent and they clearly explained the process at each step. I'm very happy with their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We discovered that our house's foundation was the original foundation from ~1930 even though it was a new build with a second floor and addition when we purchased it. The original foundation was not structurally sound and the engineering report required the entire foundation to be replaced.

We were completely stressed out and immediately started looking for a company who could replace our foundation.

Because of the magnitude and importance of the job, we wanted to make sure we commissioned the right company. When we discovered Stonehenge and had them come by to take a look at the situation, it was obvious they were experts in not just foundation replacement but the history of our neighbourhood, as well, which is important in deciding the best approach to do the replacement.

The cost was high but structural work should not be decided by the lowest price. The project did save us money in many aspects:

1. We could stay in our house during the renovation
2. Stonehenge was able to perserve the basement bathroom and the stairs
3. Stonehenge was able to perserve the front porch

We had an foundation/footing issue which needed repair. Stonehenge was not the lowest quote but they explained the repair required very well and this was provided by the individual who would complete the work (Gundars- not a sales person) Gundars and his team were extremely thorough and clean and provided excellent service throughout (showing up on New Year's eve when we discovered subsequent issues <not caused by Stonehenge>) This is a great team, and would not hesitate to hire or recommend (particularly Gundars - a rare find in this business)

Gundars was extrenky honest and the quite was fair. The crew showed up daily on time and expectations were met. I very much appreciated the thoughtfulness and attention to detail in ensuring that the basement was completely sealed off, so that no moisture or damage was done to the rest of the house. I also should mention that as as add on, a wall was repaired. I was not completely satisfied with the way that it was done. Gundars came out and agreed to redo the wall at no cost and I am very satisfied with the end result. This speaks to the ethics and approach to customer satisfaction.

The process was explained very well by Gundars during his visit for the estimate. The job entailed two visits; the first to drill and fill and the second to seal. We no longer have a leak during every rain storm. I was very impressed by the professionalism displayed by Stonehenge.

I hired Stonehenge Foundations to repair a major flood in my basement. Two of the owners of Stonehenge Foundations attended to my emergency weekend call immediately to assess the problem. The cause was extensive and complicated. It involved all three outside walls. The owners themselves worked tirelessly and diligently and repair the problem. Since their work was completed, my basement continues to be dry and I am no longer afraid of my basement. Stonehenge Foundations left my basement not only dry, but spotlessly clean. I found their level of service including their technical expertise and friendly professional service to be outstanding. It is without hesitation that I recommend Stonehenge Foundations.
