Salesman Kshitij provided amazing customer service! I was buying vinyl flooring for my basement project and Kshitij took the time to explain the product and show me how the flooring would look in different lighting situations! He was extremely personable and courteous! My renovator went back for glue and Kshitij provided him great service as well! I will definitely return for future materials!! Kshitij is an asset to End of The Roll and a pleasure to deal with!

We walked into the store, without photos of our space and only descriptions of our colour scheme, and furniture. After a couple of minutes of looking through their products, Resheda pulled out the most perfect area rug! It works perfectly, and we are extremely happy with the service and guidance Resheda provided.

Great experience

I was looking for very specific rugs for the office and needed them next day. The associate sent me a text with pictures of the rugs in stock. I made my selections and the store put them on hold, wrapped them for pick up the next day. I even got a discount on one of the items. Staff were super friendly and efficient.
I'll definitely shop there again.
