I would just like to give a big thank you to Sylvester from the Mississauga End of Roll location. I ordered carpet in the morning and was in great need to have it installed same day. The carpet was ordered in the morning and he had an installer come in that same day. The installer did an excellent job. Thank you Sylvester for going above and beyond in helping me with my project. I definitely will be back in the near future for carpet from you.

We walked into the store to browse only and were unsure about what carpet might go with our new sectional. After showing Malik some photos of our room and a sample of the fabric he took us right to the area carpet he suggested would look good with what we had shown him. We loved it. Malik was extremely courteous and professional. Highly recommend his services. Texts and phone calls were within minutes.

Good Experience

I had a very good experience of purchasing an area rug at this store. The size of the rug I needed was not available at the store, but Mr. Malik, the store manager, helped me by importing the rug all the way from Belgium where those rugs are made. Excellent Customer Service!

Fantastic service of luxury Vinyl Planking Flooring

I would have say that End of Roll West Mississauga has fantastic service, customer service and pricing second to none. Store Managers Amod and Malik help me purchase Beaulieu luxury vinyl plank flooring the Wolfston pattern for pricing that was 20% cheaper than 3 other quotes I got especially Alexandian. Noah, the installer was fantastic in getting my condo flooring done with excellent quality and professionalism. I would definitely recommend End of Roll again, my parents need new flooring so they know first who to go to.

We dealt with Amod, there was no pressure and no pushing any particular brand. He was friendly and answered any questions we had. He suggested we take the samples home to help in choosing our laminate. We also had to delay installation and they were very accomodating. The installers cleaned up afterwards and we are very happy with the installation.

A really bad experience

After finishing our renovation, 2 closed boxes of engineered wood flooring were not used.
As per previous experiences with other retailers who received the un-used material and reimburse the cost.
We ask the same to End of the Roll in Mississauga and the refused to accept the material back and do the reimbursement of the 2 boxes.
Now we have in our Garage these boxes.
Please make sure you get a written note that they will received back any un-used material or go to a better retailer would be our advise

Being a special order for engineered wood made by you in April, we first time received your call after 3 months yesterday. You liked the floor but now as you are left with 2 extra boxes after the installation, this demand arose.

We reiterate that we are unable to support your request of returning the boxes due to this being a special order of specific quantity requested for you, arranged for installation by your own contracted installers. This is not an in stock item at our store and was especially ordered for you, so we do not have an option to return it.

Would appreciate your understanding and support towards small local businesses, especially during these difficult times.

Still we would be courteous to connect again.
