Excellent from start to finish. Friendly, professional service during a process that can be stressful is valuable. I researched over a dozen moving companies before choosing them and am glad I did: trustworthy (accessibility and transparency), affordable (not the cheapest but those companies looked potentially sketchy), their flexibility (whatever level of service you want, minimum of only two hours and they let me change the date), made me feel like they would care about the service they were going to provide by talking to me on the phone first and answering all my questions.
I read a lot of reviews before hand and this is what I can suggest: if you want a successful move, make it so yourself by telling the company before hand what problems they might encounter (from location to items, to door widths to parking), and organize, organize, organize your stuff to make the move as efficient (and hence cost effective) and harmonious as possible. I had a detailed checklist and a colour code for all items that made the move practically self-explanatory for my moving team and as a result less stressed. In turn they were happy and efficient and I was more relaxed; confident that we weren't burning up time and money needlessly.
Overall I ended up moving about 1500sqft worth of stuff in about 7 hours approx. including a treadmill that had to be disassembled and reassembled. Now I only wish I could hire them to unpack and put everything away for me! I would definitely hire them again and will tell my real estate agent about them to recommend them to others. Thanks
