After my painters told me my attic was "infested by cockroaches" I quickly called PestZone. Gancy calmly told me that it was unlikely and that he'd be here next day at 11am. Slept OK that night but was not happy about the bugs. He arrived promptly at 11 and sprayed outside for a mild case of stink bugs. Not only did he completely calm me down, he quickly and cleanly sprayed - taking care of my house and plants. I don't know what's better - getting rid of the bugs or meeting such a professional and kind person.
