Gancy came by cause I heard loud noises in the wall. He recommended a pest control company but when doing his investigation found mice and carpenter ants. He showed me the evidence and I paid for his services. Very knowledable and likable guy. I see dead carpenter ants every day since he sprayed and no mice since he installed his poison around the house. Best part... He guarantees his services for 8 months. Always answers his phone or calls back right away.
