We had all our blinds replaced ont he main floor. They look really awesome. Service was phenominal. a couple snags brings this to an 8 instead of a 10, Initial install was not perfect, 2 more visits were required to correct the valance and the returns. In fact one blind had to be replaced entirely. But they staff were very prompt and professional. I would recommend the Budget Blinds products and service to anyone in East York.
