Gas Fireplace Pro

A service guy came to clean the fireplace. He did a decent job but left a few marks on the glass. The gasket and on/off switch needed servicing. After not hearing back from them for over a week, I called them. I was told that we needed something totally different. After explaining that wasn’t us Gabriel told me that he found the right quote and would send it to me. I showed my husband, who then called them up to discuss & confirm the work to be done and was told the part had to be ordered. After a week & a half and no call my husband went to Home Depot, picked up the part and repaired our fireplace. I called to cancel our work and after being told the part was on order, explained that my husband went to Home Depot, picked up the part and fixed it! You can’t rely on them to follow through. It’s like they get to the cleanings and leave the follow-up work until they can get to it. I guess they figure people will wait for them since they cleaned their fireplace to begin with. Disappointing! I had other co-workers and parents waiting for a referral but I wouldn’t recommend them.
